Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of vitamin D3 adjuvant therapy on children with nutritional rickets.Methods:80 children with nutritional rickets admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with neutral phosphate mixture,and the observation group was treated with vitamin D3.Both groups were treated continuously for 1 month.The therapeutic effect,clinical symptoms,improvement of X-ray film,changes of bone metabolism index and biochemical index were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of clinical symptoms and X-ray films in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the bone metabolism related indexes and bone mineral density of ulna and radius in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of phosphorus,calcium,25-hydroxyvitamin D in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,granulocyte colony-stimulating factor were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vitamin D3 adjuvant treatment of nutritional rickets in children can effectively relieve their clinical symptoms and signs,improve bone metabolism and biochemical indicators,improve the therapeutic effect,has application value.关键词
