Abstract
Objective:Analysis of the application value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis thoracolumbar burst fractures.Methods:95 patients with thoracolumbar burst fractures examined in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the research subjects,used multi-slice spiral CT and X-ray diagnosis to compare and analyze the application effect of multi-slice spiral CT.Results:The detection rate of multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosing thoracolumbar burst fractures was 97.8%,which was higher than 84.2%in X-ray examination,the missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate were 1.1%and 1.1%,respectively,which were lower than 8.4%and 7.4%in X-ray examination,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rates of multi-slice spiral CT for all kinds of fractures were higher than that of X-ray examination,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rates of various types of fractures using axial and Multi plane reconstruction(MPR)of multi-slice spiral CT were higher than those used volume rendering technique,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).MPR had a higher detection rate for the number of accessory fractures and the accuracy of spinal canal grading compared to multi-slice spiral CT,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of thoracolumbar burst fractures can accurately determine the disease and distinguish the type of fracture,providing reliable evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
