Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyzing the correlation between serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP),creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)and acute traumatic fracture healing.Methods:69 patients with acute traumatic fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects,divided into healing group(n=60)and adverse group(n=9)based on fracture healing status.Detected the levels of serum ALP,CK,and CK-MB in all patients,followed up on the fracture healing status of patients,and conducted correlation analysis.Results:All patients were followed up until January 2023,with an average follow-up time of(24.10±1.39)months,60 cases of fracture healing,accounting for 87.00%;there were 9 cases of poor fracture healing,accounting for 13.00%,including 6 cases of delayed fracture healing and 3 cases of bone non union.The average time for callus formation in the healing group was(28.42±2.49)d,and the average time for fracture line disappearance was(91.48±10.18)d.The CK and CK-MB in the healing group were lower than those in the adverse group,while the ALP content was higher in the adverse group,the differences were statistically significant between the groups(P<0.05).Spearman analysis showed a correlation between ALP,CK,CK-MB levels and acute traumatic fracture healing(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the levels of ALP,CK,and CK-MB were all important factors affecting fracture healing in patients with acute traumatic fractures(P<0.05).Conclusion:The fracture healing rate of patients with acute traumatic fractures needs to be improved.There is a correlation between ALP,CK,CK-MB and acute traumatic fracture healing,and the ALP,CK,and CK-MB are all important factors affecting the fracture healing of patients with acute traumatic fractures.关键词
