Abstract
Objective:To analysis the therapeutic effect of total hip arthroplasty in elderly with femoral neck fractures.Methods:76 elderly patients with femoral neck fractures admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a double-blind method,with 38 cases.The control group received treatment with semi hip replacement,while the observation group received treatment with total hip Arthroplasty.The clinical indicators,treatment outcomes,incidence of complications,prognosis,quality of life,and treatment effectiveness between two groups were compared.Results:The observation group had longer surgical time than the control group,higher intraoperative bleeding volume and total drainage volume,shorter hospital stay and complete weight-bearing time than the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Half a year and one year after surgery,the Harris hip joint function score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the hip abduction angle of the prosthesis was smaller than that in the control group,while the anterior inclination angle was greater than that in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Visual Analogve Scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the independent living ability score was higher than that of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of both groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group is higher than that in the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of total hip arthroplasty for elderly patients with femoral neck fractures has a good recovery effect on hip joint function and fewer complications.关键词
