Abstract
Objective:To analysis the clinical effect of tramadol sustained-release tablets in the treatment of postoperative pain in fractures.Methods:70 postoperative pain patients with fractures admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects, divided into an experimental group and a control group according to random number method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group patients were treated with celecoxib capsules, while the experimental group patients were treated with tramadol sustained-release tablets. The VAS scores, incidence of adverse reactions after treatment, and total effective rate of treatment between two groups of patients were compared. Results:After treatment, the VAS scores of both groups were lower than before treatment, and the experimental group was lower than the control group, the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that in the control group, the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of tramadol sustained-release tablets in the treatment of postoperative pain in patients with fractures has a significant effect, which can significantly reduce pain, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
