摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of suture bridge and hollow nail fixation under arthroscopy on anterior cruciate ligament tibial arrest avulsion fracture.Methods:70 patients with avulsion fracture of anterior cruciate ligament tibial insertion admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with hollow nail fixation, and the observation group was treated with suture bridge technique under arthroscopy. The surgical indicators, the improvement of knee function and the change of quality of life after treatment were compared between the two groups, and the incidence of treatment complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The operation time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the postoperative drainage volume was less than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).At 3 and 6 months after surgery, the knee function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.86%,lower than 17.14%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with anterior cruciate ligament tibial arrest avulsion fracture, suture bridge technique under arthroscopy has outstanding effect, which can improve knee joint function and daily activity ability, reduce the incidence of complications, and has application value.关键词
