Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of calcitriol on the short-term and long-term prognosis of patients with renal bone disease who maintained hemodialysis for a long time.Methods:208 patients with renal bone disease who underwent long-term hemodialysis in the hospital from February 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 104 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine adjuvant treatment during dialysis, and the observation group was treated with calcitriol on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks.Blood calcium, blood phosphorus content, kidney function, complications, quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results:After 12 weeks of treatment, the blood calcium content in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the blood phosphorus content was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Serum urea nitrogen and creatinine contents in 2 groups were lower than before treatment, and observation group was lower than control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.80%,which was lower than 12.50%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treatment with calcitriol can improve renal function, increase blood calcium content, reduce blood phosphorus content, reduce the incidence of complications and improve long-term quality of life of patients with renal osteopathy who are maintained on hemodialysis for a long time.关键词
