Abstract
Objective:To investigate and analyze the effect of minimally invasive spinal fusion on serum substance P(SP)and β-endorphin(β-EP)in patients with lumbar degenerative diseases.Methods:130 patients with lumbar degenerative diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a study group and a control group,65 cases in each group.The control group was treated with posterolateral bone grafting and fusion surgery,and the study group was treated with minimally invasive spinal fusion surgery.The perioperative indicators,complications at 1 month after surgery,therapeutic effects,and changes in serum SP and β-EP levels were recorded.Results:Compared with the control group,the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume in the study group were less,and the time spent in operation and postoperative hospital stay was shorter,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum SP and β-EP 1 month after operation in the two groups were lower than those 1 day before operation,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum SP and β-EP 1 month after operation in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as cerebrospinal fluid leakage,incision infection,nerve root pain and lumbar intervertebral space infection within 1 month after operation in the study group was 1.54%,which was lower than 10.77%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after the operation,the total effective rate of the study group was 96.92%,which was higher than 84.62%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of minimally invasive spinal arthroscopy assisted fusion in lumbar degenerative diseases can promote the rehabilitation of patients,reduce the trauma to patients,reduce the release of serum SP and β-EP,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the overall curative effect of patients.关键词
