Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyzing the effect of Bushen Yiqi Qiangji Decoction on fracture healing and bone density in patients after percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP).Methods:96 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures treated in our hospital from January 2022 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a TCM group and a control group,with 48 cases.Both groups of patients underwent PVP for treatment,and were jointly performed by the same group of surgeons.The control group received routine medication treatment after surgery,while the TCM group received additional treatment with Bushen Yiqi Qiangji Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated and observed for 1 month.The fracture healing and changes in bone density between two groups of patients were compared.Results:The postoperative time of getting out of bed and hospitalization in the TCM group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no differences in surgical time and intraoperative bleeding between the two groups(P>0.05).One month after surgery,the T-values of bone density in both groups were higher than those before surgery,and the TCM group was higher than the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after surgery,the Cobb angle in the TCM group was smaller than that in the control group,and the Beck index was higher than that in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of surgery,the total effective rate of fracture healing in the TCM group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Yiqi Qiangji Decoction can promote the recovery of patients after PVP,improve their bone density,Cobb angle,Beck index.关键词
