Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of steel plate treatment through tarsal sinus incision on foot function and imaging indicators in the treatment of calcaneal fractures.Methods:Selecting 56 patients with calcaneal fractures treated in our hospital from August 2019 to February 2023 as the research subjects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into a research group and a control group,with 28 cases in each group.All patients were treated with open reduction and steel plate internal fixation.The research group received through tarsal sinus incision,while the control group received an L-shaped incision on the lateral side of the calcaneus.Observing and recording changes in foot function and imaging indicators in two groups of patients.Results:There was no significant differences in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05);The postoperative drainage volume in the research group was lower than that in the control group,and the postoperative drainage time,fracture healing time,and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after surgery,the Bohler angle in the research group was higher than that in the control group,while the Gissane angle was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after surgery,the incidence of complications in the research group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of surgery,the excellent and good rate of foot function in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of calcaneal fractures with steel plates through the tarsal sinus incision does not increase surgical difficulty,but can also accelerate the patient's recovery process,reduce the occurrence of complications,improve the Bohler angle,reduce the Gissane angle,and sustainably improve the patient's foot function.关键词
