Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing concept based on evidence-based medicine on elderly patients with limb fractures.Methods:98 elderly patients with fracture of limbs admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects,and the patients were randomly numbered,with odd numbers as the control group(n=49),and even numbers as the observation group(n=49).The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received rehabilitation nursing based on evidence-based medicine.Compared Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores,Quality of Life Rating Scale(QLQ-C30)scores,Digital Rating Scale(NRS)scores,pain Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores and nursing satisfaction were measured before and after care in 2 groups.Results:Before nursing,there were no significant differences in HAMD and HAMA scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,HAMD and HAMA scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in QLQ-C30 score between 2 groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the QLQ-C30 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in NRS and VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the NRS and VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was 95.92%,higher than 77.55%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The concept of rehabilitation nursing based on evidence-based medicine is conducive to promoting the rehabilitation of elderly patients with limb fracture,improving their psychological state and prognosis,promoting the recovery of their motor function,and improving their satisfaction,which has application value.关键词
