Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of functional exercise combined with rehabilitation nursing in patients with fracture.Methods:200 patients with fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a conventional group and an experimental group according to random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with routine nursing,and the experimental group was treated with functional exercise combined with rehabilitation nursing.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Functional exercise,fracture healing and hospital stay in experimental group were shorter than those in conventional group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Anxiety and Depression scores of experimental groups were lower than those of conventional group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Functional exercise combined with rehabilitation nursing can effectively shorten the rehabilitation time of fracture patients,Improve clinical efficacy,and has application value.关键词
