Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of systematize rehabilitation care in patients with rotator cuff injury repaired by single row rivets fixation under arthroscopy.Methods:72 patients with rotator cuff injury in Tianjin hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into a control group and an experimental group according to randomnumber table method,with 36 cases in each group.The experimental group received systematic rehabilitation nursing,and the control group received traditional rehabilitation nursing.The functional recovery and recovery time of shoulder joint,postoperative pain,occurrence of complications and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the active forward bending Angle and lateral external rotation Angle of the affected shoulder in the experimental group were greater than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The shoulder joint function recovery time of experimental group was shorter than that of control group,and the pain degree score was lower than that of control group,with statistical significance between groups(P<0.05).The complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group,and nursing satisfaction was higher than that of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).关键词
