Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing in the process of perioperative nursing service for patients with patellar fracture.Methods:84 patients with patellar fracture who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the computer randomization method,they were divided into a study group and a reference group,with 42 cases in each group.The perioperative nursing method of comprehensive nursing was used in the study group,and the perioperative nursing method of routine nursing was used in the reference group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The excellent and good rate of knee joint function recovery in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the reference group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of Anxiety and Depression between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the Anxiety and Depression scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing is an ideal nursing method for patients with patellar fracture during the perioperative period,which is helpful to improve the knee joint function and psychological state of patients,reduce complications,and obtain high satisfaction of patients.关键词
