Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of multi-dimensional intensive nursing on cardiac function and bone function of patients with chronic renal osteodystrophy.Methods:126 patients with chronic renal osteodystrophy admitted to Tianjin Third Central Hospital from December 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of 1:1 random dice rolling, they were divided into a multi-dimensional group and a reference group, with 63 cases in each group. The reference group was given routine nursing, and the multi-dimensional group was given multi-dimensional intensive nursing on the basis of the reference group. The nursing observation time of the two groups was 2 months, and the changes of heart function and bone function of the patients were observed and evaluated. Results:After 2 months of nursing, the total effective rate of bone function in the multi-dimensional group was 98.40%,which was higher than 88.90%in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The left ventricular mass index and interventricular septum thickness of the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and the left ventricular mass index and interventricular septum thickness of the multidimensional group were lower than those of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of vitality, general health, social function, emotional function, mental health and other quality of life in the multidimensional group were higher than those in the reference group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood calcium of the two groups was higher than that before nursing, and the blood phosphorus was lower than that before nursing, and the blood calcium of the multidimensional group was higher than that of the reference group, and the blood phosphorus was lower than that of the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of multi-dimensional intensive nursing in patients with chronic renal osteodystrophy can reduce the blood phosphorus and increase the blood calcium,so as to improve the bone function of patients, help the recovery of cardiac function of patients, and continuously improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
