院前医疗急救信息化背景下新型急救护理路径在多发性骨折患者中的应用
Application of New Emergency Nursing Pathway in Patients with Multiple Fractures under the Background of Pre-Hospital Medical Emergency Information

Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the application value of new emergency nursing pathway in patients with multiple fractures under the background of pre-hospital medical emergency information.Methods:87 patients with multiple fractures admitted to the Department of emergency in Tongzhou District Hospital of TCM in Nantong from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the different emergency modes,the patients were divided into a new nursing pathway group(n=44)and a traditional nursing pathway group(n=43).The traditional nursing pathway group was given routine pre-hospital emergency care,and the new nursing pathway group was given the intervention of the new emergency nursing pathway under the background of pre-hospital medical emergency information.The first aid effects of the two groups were recorded.Results:The rescue success rate of the new nursing pathway group was 100.00%,which was higher than 88.36%of the traditional nursing pathway group,the emergency rescue time,venous blood collection time of rescued patients,stable vital signs time and emergency retention time were shorter than those in the traditional nursing pathway group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the new nursing pathway group was 97.72%on the 7th day after the rescue of successful patients,which was higher than 86.05%of the traditional nursing pathway group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of successful patients in the new nursing pathway group was 95.45%,which was higher than 81.40%in the traditional nursing pathway group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the new emergency nursing pathway in patients with multiple fractures under the background of pre-hospital medical emergency information can improve the success rate of rescue,shorten the emergency rescue time,the time of venous blood collection,the time of stable vital signs and the time of emergency retention,and improve the overall prognosis of patients and patient satisfaction.关键词
