Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of continuous nursing on the prevention of pressure ulcer after discharge in patients with spinal fracture complicated with paraplegia.Methods:100 patients with spinal fracture complicated with paraplegia admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.After discharge,the control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received continuous nursing.The occurrence and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group was 4.00%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%,higher than 90.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing for patients with spinal fracture complicated with paraplegia after discharge can reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer and improve nursing satisfaction,which has application value.关键词
