Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of using the retrograde island flap of the middle phalangeal artery to repair skin defects in the pulp of the fingers.Methods:92 patients with finger pulp skin defects treated in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2022 were selected as the research subjects,according to the random coin toss method,they were divided into a control group and a research group,with 46 cases in each group.The research group received treatment with retrograde island flap of the middle finger artery,while the control group received traditional flap repair.The repair effects of the two groups were observed and recorded.Results:All patients completed flap repair,and at 3 months post surgery,the survival rate of the flap in both the research group and the control group was 100.00%,the incidence of complications in the research group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).three months after surgery,the recovery rates of S3 and S4 levels in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after surgery,both groups had lower scores of hand symptom awareness and function than before surgery,and the research group had lower scores than the control group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall excellent rate of therapeutic effect in the research group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The retrograde island flap of the middle phalangeal artery has a high survival rate for repairing skin defects in the fingertips and abdomen of the fingers,which can reduce the incidence of complications,promote the recovery of fingertip sensation in patients,improve their hand symptoms and conscious function,and thus improve the overall prognosis and efficacy of patients.关键词
