Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the diagnostic value of digital DR Chest radiography in emergency patients with rib fractures.Methods:192 emergency patients with rib fractures admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.All patients were examined by traditional X-ray and digital DR Chest anteroposterior oblique radiography,and all patients were given surgical examination to determine the diagnostic value.Results:Among 192 patients,the excellent and good rate of digital DR Chest anterooblique radiography was 97.40%,which was higher than 84.90%of traditional X-ray radiography,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 142 cases of rib fractures(fracture group),including 32 cases of occult fractures,68 cases of multiple fractures,and 42 cases of single fractures.There were 126 cases of rib fractures judged by traditional X-ray,including 26 cases of occult fractures,64 cases of multiple fractures,and 36 cases of single fracture.141 cases of rib fractures were judged by digital DR Chest anterooblique radiography,including 31 cases of occult fractures,68 cases of multiple fractures,and 42 cases of single fracture.The detection rates of occult fractures,multiple fractures,and single fractures in digital DR Chest anterooblique radiography were 96.88%,100.00%,and 100.00%,respectively,and those in traditional X-ray radiography were 81.25%,94.12%,and 85.71%,respectively,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity of traditional X-ray and digital DR Chest anterooblique radiography in the diagnosis of rib fracture was 87.32%and 99.30%,and the specificity was 96.00%and 100.00%,the sensitivity of digital DR Chest anterooblique radiography in the diagnosis of rib fracture was higher than that of traditional X-ray,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of digital DR Chest anterooblique radiography in emergency patients with rib fractures has a high image excellent rate,a high detection rate for different types of fractures,and can also improve the overall sensitivity of diagnosis.关键词
