Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of therapeutic games in children with type Ⅱ and Ⅲ supracondylar fractures of the humerus.Methods:56 children with humeral supracondylar type Ⅱ and Ⅲ fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,divided them into a traditional group and a game group according to computer grouping method,with 28 cases in each group.The traditional group received routine nursing intervention,while the game group received therapeutic gaming intervention.The levels of anxiety,stress response,coordination of functional exercise,elbow joint function,swelling,and recovery of upper limb function between two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the anxiety level,heart rate,and mean arterial pressure of the gaming group during anesthesia induction and postoperative recovery were lower than those of the traditional group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of functional exercise coordination in the game group was higher than that in the traditional group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of life ability,elbow joint pain,range of activity,and stability in the game group were higher than those in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of limb swelling in the gaming group was lower than that in the traditional group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).The UEFT score of the gaming group was higher than that of the traditional group,and the DASH score was lower than that of the traditional group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Therapeutic games can reduce anxiety and stress reaction of children with type Ⅱ and Ⅲ supracondylar fracture of condyle of humerus,improve functional exercise cooperation,reduce swelling,relieve pain,and promote the recovery of elbow joint and upper limb function.关键词
