Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the diagnostic value of parathyroid hormone and sex hormone in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis.Methods:89 postmenopausal women treated in our hospital from March 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.Bone mineral density and serum parathyroid hormone and sex hormone were detected in all patients at admission to determine the incidence of osteoporosis and conduct correlation analysis. Results:Among the 89 subjects,19 cases(osteoporosis group)developed osteoporosis, accounting for 21.3%.The bone mineral density and T score of femur neck in the osteoporosis group were lower than those in the non-osteoporosis group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in menopause years, age, pregnancy times, childbirth times, body mass index and years of education between the two groups(P>0.05).The contents of serum parathyroid hormone, serum estradiol, testosterone and progesterone in osteoporosis group were lower than those in non-osteoporosis group, and the contents of serum follicle-stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone and pituitary prolactin in the osteoporosis group were higher than those in the non-osteoporosis group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Postmenopausal women have a high incidence of osteoporosis, which is often accompanied by abnormal expression of serum parathyroid hormone and sex hormone.Parathyroid hormone and sex hormone are correlated with the occurrence of postmenopausal women's osteoporosis, and have the value of diagnosing osteoporosis.关键词
