Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of percutaneous endoscopic puncture discectomy(PTETD)in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:176 LDH patients admitted to our hospital from January 1,2019 to December 31,2020 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 88 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received PTETD treatment.The pain Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)score,various related clinical indicators and the excellent and good rate of lumbar functional recovery were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of lumbar function recovery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS and ODI scores in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incision,operation time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of PTETD in the treatment of LDH is significant,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the excellent rate of lumbar functional recovery,and relieve pain.关键词
