Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of modified transverse tibial bone transport in the treatment of Wagner 3 and 4 diabetic feet.Methods:40 patients with diabetic foot admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into an experimental group and a control group,20 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with modified transverse tibial bone transport.Pain Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),ulcer area,foot skin temperature,anklebrachial index(ABI)and posterior tibial artery flow velocity were compared between 2 groups before treatment and 1 and 2 weeks after treatment.Results:1 and 2 weeks after treatment,VAS score were lower than those in the control group,posterior tibial artery blood velocity of the affected limbs in experimental groups were slower than those in control group,ulcer area was lower than that in control group,foot skin temperature and ABI were higher than those in control group,with statistical significance between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified transverse tibial bone transport is effective in the treatment of Wagner stage 3 and 4 diabetic foot,which can improve lower limb function and promote ulcer healing,and can be used as a preferred treatment.关键词
