经皮单侧椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松型胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的临床效果分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and influencing factors of percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar burst fracture.Methods:92 patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar burst fractures admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects,all of them underwent PKP treatment.They were divided into an effective group(n=78)and an ineffective group(n=14)based on the efficacy of PKP surgery.The effect of PKP was analyzed by univariate and multifactorial analysis.Results:After the end of treatment,among the 92 patients,78(84.78%)were effective in treatment and 14(15.22%)were ineffective.There were statistically significant differences in the amount of bone cement,surgical puncture method,preoperative bone density,and number of vertebral fractures between the effective and ineffective groups(P<0.05).Excessive use of bone cement,unilateral puncture techniques,preoperative low bone density values,and the number of multiple vertebral fractures are all risk factors that affect the efficacy of PKP in treating thoracolumbar influence fractures,with osteoporosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:PKP is effective in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar burst fracture.The amount of bone cement used,surgical puncture method,preoperative bone density value,and number of vertebral fractures can all affect the postoperative efficacy of PKP.Clinical prevention and treatment measures can be taken to improve the surgical efficacy.关键词
