Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of TCM health education in rehabilitation nursing intervention of limbs fracture.Methods:62 patients with limb fracture in the Quarphou people's Hospital from January 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the random grouping method,the subjects were divided into a conventional group and a research group,with 31 cases each.Conventional nursing intervention was used in the routine group,and TCM health education intervention was added in the research group on the basis of routine nursing.Nursing satisfaction,quality of life,self-care ability,sleep quality,self-management ability,mental health status and health knowledge mastery of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the scores of mental health status and sleep quality in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of health knowledge mastery,self-management ability,self-care ability,nursing satisfaction and quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of TCM health education in the rehabilitation nursing intervention of patients with limb fracture is helpful to improve their mental health status,sleep quality and life quality,and enhance their health knowledge mastery,self-management ability,self-care ability and nursing satisfaction.关键词
