Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of high quality nursing intervention model by group focus interview on patients with rib fracture after thoracic closed drainage.Methods:79 patients with rib fracture and pneumothorax who underwent closed thoracic drainage in our hospital from January 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.Randomly divided them into a focus group(n=40)and a reference group(n=39).The reference group was given routine nursing,and the focus group was given high-quality nursing intervention by group focus interview on the basis of the reference group nursing.After 14 days of nursing,the prognosis of patients in the two groups was recorded.Results:After 14 days of nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores of the focus group were lower than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as drainage tube shedding,drainage tube obstruction,atelectasis,infection and pressure ulcer in the focus group was 5.00%,which was lower than 25.64%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time to get out of bed,hospital stay,and chest pain relief in the focus group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the focus group on the 14th day of nursing was 100.00%,which was higher than 87.18%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high-quality nursing intervention model based on group focus interview in patients with rib fractures after thoracic closed drainage can relieve anxiety and depression,shorten the time of out-of-bed activity,hospitalization time,chest pain relief time,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.关键词
