手术室护理运用于骨科无菌手术中的效果及对切口感染的作用观察OA
Effect of Operating Room Nursing in Orthopaedic Aseptic Surgery and Its Effect on Incision Infection
目的:观察手术室护理在骨科无菌手术中的效果及对切口感染的作用.方法:回顾性选取 2018年 3月—2020年 1 月于我院进行骨科无菌手术的 84例患者资料,根据护理方法的不同将患者分为对照组和观察组,各 42例.对照组采取常规护理,观察组采用手术室护理,比对2组患者的切口感染发生率及心理状况.结果:对照组感染发生率为19.05%,高于观察组的 4.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组心理状况评分及炎性指标水平均低于对照组,手术时间及住院时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:手术室护理应用于骨科无菌手术患者中,可以降低切口感染发生率,缩短治疗时间,并能改善患者的心理状况.
Objective:To observe the effect of operating room nursing in orthopaedic aseptic surgery and its effect on incision infection.Methods:Data of 84 patients undergoing orthopaedic aseptic surgery in our hospital from March 2018 to January 2020 were retrospectively selected,and the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different nursing methods,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received operating room nursing.The incidence of incision infection and psychological status of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of infection in control group was 19.05%,which was higher 4.76%that in observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The psychological scores and inflammatory indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the operation time and hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group,with statistical significance between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Operating room nursing can reduce the incidence of incision infection,shorten the treatment time and improve the psychological status of patients in orthopaedic aseptic surgery.
