Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of operating room nursing in orthopaedic aseptic surgery and its effect on incision infection.Methods:Data of 84 patients undergoing orthopaedic aseptic surgery in our hospital from March 2018 to January 2020 were retrospectively selected,and the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different nursing methods,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received operating room nursing.The incidence of incision infection and psychological status of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of infection in control group was 19.05%,which was higher 4.76%that in observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The psychological scores and inflammatory indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the operation time and hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group,with statistical significance between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Operating room nursing can reduce the incidence of incision infection,shorten the treatment time and improve the psychological status of patients in orthopaedic aseptic surgery.关键词
