摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the short and long term curative effect of percutaneous minimally invasive posterior spine nail rod system fixation in patients with thoracolumbar fracture.Methods:70 patients with thoracolumbar fracture in our hospital from February 2018 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional open pedicle internal fixation, and the observation group was treated with percutaneous minimally invasive posterior spine nail rod system fixation. The surgical indexes, postoperative recovery and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay, postoperative drainage volume, postoperative weight-bearing time and fracture healing time in the observation group were better than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The Cobb angle, the height ratio of the anterior vertebra and the height ratio of the posterior edge of the injured vertebra showed no statistical significance between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).The Cobb angle of the injured kyphotic vertebra decreased 3 months and 1 year after surgery, while the height ratio of the anterior vertebra and the height of the posterior edge of the injured vertebra increased, and the changes in the observation group were more obvious than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before surgery, there was no significant difference in ODI,Harris score and VAS score between two groups(P>0.05).VAS score decreased 7 days after surgery,ODI score decreased 3 months and 1 year after surgery, and Harris score increased, and the changes in observation group were more obvious than those in control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.71%lower than 25.71%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with thoracolumbar fracture receive percutaneous minimally invasive posterior spine nail rod system fixation treatment, both short-term and long-term efficacy can be effectively guaranteed, and it has significant effects on promoting the improvement of patients'lumbar indexes and functions, relieving pain degree and reducing the incidence of complications.关键词
