Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil for epidural anesthesia in elderly patients with tibiofibular fracture.Methods:112 elderly patients with tibiofibular fractures who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and an experimental group by lottery,with 56 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with general anesthesia,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with ropivacaine combined with sufentanil epidural anesthesia.The anesthetic effect and safety of the two groups were compared.Results:The excellent and good rate of anesthesia effect in the experimental group was 94.43%,which was higher than 82.14%and the good rate was 3.57%in the control group,which was lower than 16.07%in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart rate and mean arterial pressure of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group at T1,T2 and T3,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1,4,8 and 12 hours after operation,the Visual Analogue Scale of pain in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of maximum block plane and recovery time of movement in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,the time of pain degraded and the duration of sensory block in the experimental group were longer than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of anesthesia in the experimental group was 8.93%,which was lower than 10.71%in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ropivacaine combined with sufentanil for epidural anesthesia during surgery in elderly patients with tibiofibular fractures not only has good anesthetic effect,but also has little effect on hemodynamics,can recover faster after surgery,and does not increase adverse reactions.关键词
