Abstract
Objective:Clinical analysis of the therapeutic effect of conservative drug therapy on acute gouty arthritis of the knee joint.Methods:80 patients with acute gouty arthritis of the knee joint admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects,divided the atmosphere control group and experimental group using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received treatment with febuxostat,while the experimental group received additional treatment with sodium bicarbonate in addition to the control group.The clinical efficacy,levels of inflammatory factors,serum biochemical indicators,and Joint pain level between two groups of patients were compared.Results:The effective rate of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,IL-6,CRP,and TNF-α in two groups of patients the levels were all lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of UA,Cr,and BUN in both groups of patients were lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the joint pain scores of both groups of patients were lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of febuxostat combined with sodium bicarbonate in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis of the knee joint can improve efficacy,improve levels of inflammatory factors and serum biochemical indicators,alleviate joint pain.关键词
