Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the application effect of traditional chinese medicine massage combined with eight section brocade exercise on patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:75 patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in our hospital from April 2022 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects,divide them into a combined group(n=38)and a control group(n=37)using a random envelope drawing method.The control group received routine traditional Chinese medicine massage treatment,while the combined group received an additional eight section brocade exercise on the basis of the control group.Both groups were observed for 4 weeks.The pain scores,incidence of adverse reactions,and excellence rates between two groups were compared.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the VAS scores for pain in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the combined group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent rate of the combined group is higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with eight section brocade exercise in patients with knee osteoarthritis can promote pain relief,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and improve the overall therapeutic effect of patients.关键词
