Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty on Frankel functional grading in patients with spinal fracture.Methods:95 patients with spinal fracture admitted to the hospital from August 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group(n=47)and an observation group(n=48)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty.The quality of life,clinical efficacy,vertebral anterior margin height and pain degree,Frankel grade were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.92%,which was higher than 85.11%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The vertebral anterior margin height in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the visual analog score was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There were 40 cases of Frankel functional classification E in the observation group,which was higher than 31 cases in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of internal fixation and vertebroplasty in the treatment of spinal fracture patients has significant effect,which can improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the pain degree of patients,and has practical value.关键词
