Abstract
Objective:To compare and analyze the application effect of multi-slice spiral CT and magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of occult fracture of knee joint.Methods:64 patients with suspected occult fracture of the knee joint admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects.After operation and review,34 patients were diagnosed with occult fracture of the knee joint and 30 patients without.All patients underwent magnetic resonance imaging and multi-slice spiral CT examination,and the diagnostic results were analyzed.Results:The diagnostic specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of magnetic resonance imaging were 90.00%,97.06%and 93.75%,respectively,which were higher than 66.67%,76.47%and 71.88%of multi-slice spiral CT,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of occult fractures of the knee joint is better than that of multi-slice spiral CT.In addition to clearly reflecting the lesions,it is helpful to improve the diagnostic accuracy,which is worthy of reference for future clinical diagnosis.关键词
