摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate and compare the imaging features and diagnostic effect of CT and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diagnosis of traumatic occult fracture of knee joint with ligament injury.Methods:700 patients with suspected traumatic occult knee fractures admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects. All patients were given CT and MRI examinations, and the imaging features were recorded and the diagnostic effect was judged. Results:Among the 700 patients,156 cases were diagnosed as traumatic knee occult fracture with ligament injury(ligament injury group),accounting for 22.29%.The proportions of bilateral sign, bone destruction, inflation sign and soft tissue shadow in the ligament injury group were 78.85%,82.69%,83.97%and 82.05%,respectively,which were higher than 20.40%,22.79%,28.31%and 19.12%in the non-ligament injury group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of hypointensity on T1WI and T2WI in the ligament injury group was 78.85%and 83.97%,respectively,which was higher than 28.31%and 29.04%in the non-ligament injury group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the 700 patients,151 cases and 155 cases of traumatic knee occult fracture with ligament injury were diagnosed by CT and MRI,respectively. The sensitivity of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of traumatic knee occult fracture with ligament injury was 96.15%(150/156)and 99.36%(150/156),respectively.The specificity was 99.82%(543/544)and 100.00%(544/544).There was no significant difference in the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Patients with traumatic occult fracture of knee joint are often accompanied by ligament injury, which are mostly manifested as bilateral sign and inflation sign on CT examination, and are mostly manifested as low signal on MRI multi-sequence.CT and MRI have good diagnostic sensitivity and specificity for traumatic occult fracture of knee joint with ligament injury.关键词
