桡动脉掌浅支腕横纹游离皮瓣对手部创伤的修复治疗价值研究

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the value of wrist transverse free flap of radial artery superficial palmar branch in the treatment of hand trauma.Methods:46 patients in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2020 who had to undergo skin flap operation on their hands were selected as research objects,all patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 23 cases in each group.The control group was repaired with perforator flap of the chest and abdomen,and the observation group was repaired with wrist transverse free flap of superficial palm branch of the radial artery.The intraoperative blood loss,operation time,postoperative survival rate of the flap,recovery rate of hand reconstruction function and patients'satisfaction for the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The survival rate of skin flap was 100.00%in the observation group,which was higher than 86.96%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The merit rate of hand reconstruction functional recovery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of radial artery superficial palmar branch wrist transverse free flap in the treatment of hand trauma is helpful to shorten the operation time,improve the postoperative survival merit rate of skin flap and the merit rate of hand reconstruction function recovery,and improve patients'treatment satisfaction.关键词
