Abstract
Objective:To study the correlation between bone and joint dysfunction score and serum antibody detection index in patients with bone and joint injury caused by brucellosis.Methods:44 patients with bone and joint injury caused by brucellosis who were tested in our center from May 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the brucellosis group,and 44 healthy people without brucellosis infection who were tested in our center during the same period were selected as the control group.Osteoarthritis function Score-Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score was used to evaluate the osteojoint dysfunction of patients in both groups.Meanwhile,serum was sent to County People's Hospital to detect the levels of anti-cyclic guanidine polypeptide antibodies and anti-type Ⅱ collagen,and correlation analysis was conducted.Results:The bone and joint JOA score of brucellosis group was significantly lower than that of control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum anti-cyclic guanidine polypeptide antibody and anti-typeⅡ collagen contents in brucellosis group were significantly higher than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Pearson analysis in the brucellosis group showed that there was a correlation between the bone and joint JOA score and the serum anti-cyclic agglutinine polypeptide antibody and anti-type Ⅱ collagen content in the patients with brucellosis(P<0.05).In the brucellosis group,the bone and joint JOA score were used as the dependent variable,and serum anti-cyclic guanidine polypeptide antibody and anti-typeⅡcollagen content were used as independent variables.Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that,Serum anti-cyclic guanidine polypeptide antibody and anti-type Ⅱ collagen content were important factors affecting bone and joint JOA score in patients with bone and joint injury caused by brucellosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:The bone and joint injury caused by brucellosis is often accompanied by the high expression of anti-cyclic guanidine polypeptide antibody and anti-type Ⅱ collagen protein in serum.There is a correlation between the bone and joint dysfunction score and serum antibody detection index in patients with brucellosis.关键词
