Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of curve-type supine nursing mode on orthopedic patients with long-term bed rest.Methods:60 cases of orthopedic postoperative patients in our hospital from April to December 2020 were selected as research objects, and were divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group adopted conventional supine nursing mode, and the observation group adopted curved supine nursing mode. The risk assessment, comfort, incidence of pressure injury and lower back function of the two groups were compared after postoperative care. Results:There was no statistically significant difference in Braden score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),but the Braden score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after nursing, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the comfort scores of physiological, psychological, social and environmental conditions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the incidence of total stress injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the Oswestry disability index(ODI)scores of both groups were lower than those before nursing, and the observation group was lower than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Curve-type supine nursing mode can reduce the risk of pressure ulcer, improve the postoperative bed comfort, reduce the incidence of stress injury, and improve the function of the lower back.关键词
