Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical application of microscopic channel technique and unilateral double-channel spinal endoscopy(UBE)in lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods:63 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis treated in 302 Hospital of China Guihang Group from February 2021 to December 2022 as the study object.Patients were divided into a control group(n=31)and an experimental group(n=32)according to the 1:1 random roll of dice principle.The experimental group was treated with unilateral double-channel spinal endoscopic surgery,and the control group was treated with microscope channel surgery.The prognosis,complications,lumbar function and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).At 1,7 and 14 days after operation,VAS scores in experimental group were lower than those in control group,and the differences between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 months after surgery,the JOA score of the two groups was higher than that of 1 day before surgery,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 months after surgery,the scores of quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both methods have good curative effect.Compared with the microscope channel technique,the clinical application of unilateral dual-channel spinal endoscopy technique in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis can promote the relief of patients'pain,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the function of the lumbar spine and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
