Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant spinal fractures.Methods:100 patients diagnosed with spinal fracture in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as study objects,all of whom were examined by X-ray,CT and MRI,and the value and accuracy of each diagnostic method were analyzed.Results:The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of MRI were 86.08%,96.49%and 68.15%,respectively,which were higher than those of CT and X-ray,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of MRI in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant spinal fractures has higher accuracy,sensitivity and specificity,and can obtain better clinical results,which has application value.关键词
