Abstract
Objective:To investigate and analyze the correlation between biochemical indexes of serum bone metabolism and fracture risk in patients with osteoporosis.Methods:150 patients with osteoporosis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects.Bone mineral density was determined in all patients, and the serum biochemical indexes of bone metabolism were detected in all patients. All patients were followed up for 1 year, and the incidence of follow-up fractures was observed and recorded, and correlation analysis was performed. Results:The 150 patients were followed up for 1 year, and 20 had fractures 13.33%.There was no significant difference in gender, age, osteoporosis course, bone mineral density, body mass index, years of education, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the fracture group and the non-fracture group(P>0.05).The contents of parathyroid hormone, blood calcium and alkaline phosphatase in fracture group were higher than those in non-fracture group, and the content of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 in serum was lower than that in non-fracture group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Among 150 patients,Spearman analysis showed that fracture was correlated with serum 25-hydroxyvitamin-D3,blood calcium, alkaline phosphatase, and parathyroid hormone contents(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the contents of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin-D3,blood calcium, alkaline phosphatase and parathyroid hormone were all important factors leading to fracture in osteoporosis patients during follow-up(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with osteoporosis have a higher incidence of fracture during follow-up.Patients with osteoporosis with abnormal serum biochemical indexes of bone metabolism are more prone to fracture.Serum biochemical indexes of bone metabolism in osteoporosis patients are correlated with the risk of fracture.关键词
