摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with five-tone therapy on perioperative analgesia in spinal surgery patients.Methods:70 patients who received spinal surgery in our hospital from February 2020 to November 2020 were selected as the study objects and divided into an observation group and a control groups with 35 cases in each group by random number method. The control group was given perioperative routine analgesic treatment and nursing, and the observation group was given wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with five-tone therapy on the basis of the control group. The pain degree of surgical incision, the total number of perioperative analgesics, perioperative anxiety degree and the occurrence of adverse reactions during analgesia were compared between the two groups. Results:On the 1st,2nd and 3rd day after operation,VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of patients in the observation group before and after surgery was lower than that in the control group, and the postoperative anxiety score was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of dizziness, nausea and vomiting during analgesia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with five-tone therapy can effectively reduce the degree of perioperative pain in spinal surgery patients and significantly reduce the number of analgesic drugs used, with high safety.关键词
