《正体类要》扑伤症治疗思路浅析及原理发挥
An analysis of the therapeutic ideas and principles of the"Zheng Ti Lei Yao"for the treatment of trauma
摘要
Abstract
Objects:To summarize the insights into the pathogenesis,physiopathology and treatment according to pattern-differentiation of trauma in ZHENGTILEIYAO,so as to provide reference for clinical practice.Methods:Logic of treatment was summarized and analyzed based on the cases of trauma in ZHENGTILEIYAO,combined with the thoughts for treatment in the rest chapters.Results:The cases of trauma in ZHENGTILEIYAO were classified into 6set according to cause and main pathogenesis:common pattern,varied pattern,mistreatment-related pattern,sequela,tetanus,and spasm due to exhaustion of Yin fluid.The logic of treatment for trauma reflects Xueji's opinions on the process of blood stasis'initiation,conversion and elimination,and emphasis on the blood-stasis-centered treatment,patterns conversion and physique recognition.Conclusions:ZHENGTILEIYAO provides profound insights into the pathogenesis,physiopathology and treatment according to pattern-differentiation of trauma,and reference for clinical practice on trauma.关键词
