摘要
Abstract
diabetes nephropathy is one of the common complications of diabetes."Stagnation of Qi Deficiency"refers to the"stagnation"of Qi,blood and body fluid due to the"deficiency of Qi"for a long time,resulting in"stagnation"of"qi stagna-tion","phlegm coagulation","blood stasis"and other"stagnation".In turn,"stagnation"as a pathological product,blocks the movement of Qi,blood and body fluid,and further aggravates"Qi Deficiency".The theory of"deficiency of Qi and retention of blood"is closely related to the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetes nephropathy."Deficiency of Qi"is the origin of diabetes nephropathy,"retention of blood"is the target of diabetes nephropathy.It should be treated by strengthening the spleen and kidney,activating blood circulation,resolving phlegm and detoxification.关键词
