Discussion on Moxibustion of Heat Syndrome
摘要
Abstract
In"Lingshu",it is said:"The prosperous will relieve it,the deficiency will replenish it,the heat will cause ill-ness..."It is believed that moxibustion is suitable for deficiency and cold,and acupuncture is suitable for actual heat."Treatise on Febrile Diseases"proposes that moxibustion can cause yellowing,delirium,panic,blood in the stool,dry mouth,rotten tongue,irritability,etc.,and aggravate the condition.From ancient times to the present,many physicians have been influenced by Zhong Jing and insisted on the viewpoint of prohibiting moxibustion with heat syndrome.However,the"Su Wen·Zhi Zhen Yao Da Lun"mentioned that"the upright is the rule,the opposing one opposes the rule","the adversary is the rule,the follo-wer opposes the rule",It not only puts forward the regular method of"treating heat with cold and treating cold with heat".The abnormal treatment method of"treating cold with cold and treating heat with heat"is also proposed.The treatment of heat syn-drome by warming heat is an anti-treatment and follow-up treatment.It further elaborates that moxibustion can be used for heat syndrome.The author summarized and combed the related literature on moxibustion for heat syndrome in the past 10years,and discussed the theory of"heat syndrome can be moxibustion"from three aspects:theoretical discussion,mechanism discussion and clinical application,so as to improve people's understanding of moxibustion,and to expand the use of moxibustion.The scope of clinical adaptation provides a basis for clinical research.关键词
