摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the preventive and therapeutic mechanism of Qiaoqin Qingfei Formula on cough variant asthma(CVA).Method:36SD rats were randomly divided into 6groups:normal group,model group,budesonide group,high,medium,and low dose groups of Qiaoqin Qingfei Formula.Establishing a rat CVA model using ovalbumin(OVA)method.Start-ing from the second day,the medication was administered by gavage once a day for a total of 30days.After the experiment,HE staining was performed on the right upper lobe lung tissue of rats;Take whole blood and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)for white blood cell classification and counting;ELISA method was used to detect the levels of serum IL-6,TNF-α,NGF,and SP.Result:Compared with the blank group,a large number of inflammatory cells infiltrated around the pulmonary vascular wall and tracheal wall in the model group;The percentages of eosinophils in whole blood and BALF,as well as the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,NGF,and SP were significantly elevated(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Compared with the model group,high and medium doses of Qiaoqin Qingfei Formula can improve the infiltration of inflammatory cells in lung tissue.The percentage of eosinophils in whole blood and BALF and the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,NGF and SP were significantly decreased in the middle and low dose Qiaoqin Qingfei group(P<0.05).Clusion:Qiaoqin Qingfei Formula can effectively inhibit neuropeptide molecules NGF and SP,regulate airway neurogenic inflammation,and improve CVA airway hyperreflexes.
