Progress in TCM pathogenesis and TCM treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Acute respiratory distress syndrome is a life-threatening respiratory failure.In recent years,with the gradual deepening of research on the pathophysiology of ARDS,the clinical guidelines and treatment plans for ARDS have also tended to be perfected,but the overall mortality rate remains high.It is imminent to explore the deeper pathogenesis of ARDS and a new treatment approach.According to the etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment principles of ARDS in TCM research,this paper sorts out and summarizes the TCM methods and TCM prescriptions that have been proved to have the potential to treat ARDS in clinical and experimental studies,and provides a theoretical basis and important reference for further breakthroughs in the clinical treat-ment of ARDS.关键词
