温阳补肾贴穴位贴敷治疗对老年性夜尿频症患者最大尿流率、中医症候积分及睡眠质量的影响
Effects of Wenyang Bushen Tie Acupoint Sticking treatment on the maximum urinary flow rate,TCM syndrome score and sleep quality in senile nocturia patients

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effects of Wenyang Bushen Tie acupoint application on the maximum urine flow rate(Qmax),TCM syndrome score and sleep quality in senile patients with nocturia.Methods:A total of 131senile nocturia patients admitted to our hospital from March 2021to March 2023were selected as the study objects,and according to different treatment methods,they were divided into 64cases in the control group(conventional treatment)and 67cases in the observation group(warming yang tonifying paste acupoint sticking treatment),and the course of treatment was 4weeks.The clinical curative effect,bladder residual urine volume,maximum urinary flow rate,nocturnal urination frequency,TCM symptom score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),and the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)before and after treatment were compared be-tween the two groups and adverse reactions.Results:The total curative effect rate of the control group was 75.00％,and the total curative effect rate of the observation group was 94.02％,the total curative effect rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the bladder residual urine volume and nocturnal urination frequency in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the Qmax in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were all reduced,and the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of sleep disturbance,sleep time,daytime dysfunction,sleep efficiency,sleep quality,time to fall asleep,and hypnotic drugs in the two groups were all reduced,and the PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment(P＜0.05).After treatment,the four-dimensional scores of psychological function,social function,life attitude,and physical function in the two groups all increased,and the GQOL-74scale score in the control group was lower than that in the observation group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Wenyang Bushen Tie acupoint application in elderly patients with nocturia can effectively improve their clin-ical symptoms,increase the maximum urinary flow rate at night,and then improve their sleep quality,high security.关键词
