儿童前臂双骨折临床治疗的回顾性分析
Retrospective analysis of the clinical treatment of double forearm fractures in children

Abstract
Objective:To analyse the cases of children's forearm double fracture treated by different modalities,and to judge their clinical treatment effect respectively.Methods:We reviewed 158cases of children with double forearm fractures from 2014to 2022.Thereinto,90cases were treated by non-operative treatment,and 68cases were treated by surgical treatment.We compared the clinical and imaging data of the two groups.Results:After the initial consultation to fracture healing of the follow-up pa-tients,Wong-Baker FACES pain scores were significantly reduced in both groups after treatment,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.77);Anderson functional evaluation at the last follow-up 1.29±0.55in the non-opera-tive group and 1.09±0.32in the surgical group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.10).On the basis of imaging,there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of post-reduction quality(P=0.69),and the fracture healing time was significantly shorter in the non-operative group than in the operative group(P=0.02).Conclu-sion:The clinical efficacy of both surgical and non-surgical treatment of children's double forearm fractures is satisfactory,and can be widely promoted in the clinic.关键词
