Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of meridian and meridian flow acupoint application combined with graded psycho-logical nursing on cardiac function,exercise endurance and mental resilience of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Meth-ods In November 2021 to February 2023of CHF patients admitted in our hospital during the period of a total of 99cases,in different intervention scheme selection are divided into research group(n=52)and control group(n=47).The control group was given routine nursing combined with graded psychological nursing intervention,and the study group was given meridian flow injection timing acupoint application intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Comparing the two groups before and after the intervention of the cardiac function indexes and exercise capacity,psychological status and quality of life.Results The cardiac function indexes LVEDD,LVEF and CO of the two groups were improved after intervention,and the improvement of the study group was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).In terms of exercise ability,cardiopulmonary exercise test indexes including peak oxy-gen pulse,peak oxygen uptake,anaerobic threshold and ventilation efficiency(OUEP,VE/VCO2minimum value,VE/VCO2slope)were improved after intervention in both groups,and the improvement in the study group was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).RS-25and Minnesota heart failure quality of life questionnaire scores were improved in both groups compared with before intervention,and the improvement was better in the study group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional nursing plan,the intervention effect of meridian injection and time-selected acupoint application combined with gra-ded psychological nursing is more significant for CHF patients,which can effectively regulate the psychological state of patients and improve the quality of life.Enhance patients'cardiopulmonary function and exercise endurance.关键词
