火龙罐在椎动脉型颈椎病护理中的临床疗效及机制研究
Study on clinical efficacy and mechanism of Huolong pot in nursing of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect and potential mechanism of Huolong pot nursing in vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis(CSA).Method:Sixty patients with CSA admitted to Suzhou Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from June 2022to June 2023were selected for clinical study.According to random number table method,they were divid-ed into control group(electroacupuncture+routine nursing)and treatment group(combined with Huolong pot treatment on the basis of control group).Both groups were treated for 4weeks.The evaluation scale for cervical vertigo(ESCV)was observed be-fore and after treatment.The changes of hemodynamic indexes of the two groups were compared,including the Mean Velocity(Vm)and Pulsation Index of the vertebral artery(left vertebral artery(LVA),right vertebral artery(RVA)and basilar artery(BA))of the two groups.PI),cerebral vascular Resistance Index(RI)changes;The changes of Thromboxane A2(TXA2)and Endothelin(ET)in serum of the two groups were compared.The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared after treatment.Result:After treatment,compared with before treatment,ESCV score was increased in two groups(P＜0.05).Vm values of LVA,RVA and BA were increased(P＜0.05),while RI and PI values were decreased(P＜0.05)in both groups.Serum levels of TXA2and ET in 2groups were decreased(P＜0.05).After treatment,the ESCV score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).In the treatment group,Vm values of LVA,RVA and BA increased more significantly(P＜0.05),and RI and PI values decreased more significantly(P＜0.05).The serum levels of TXA2and ET in the treatment group were significantly decreased(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P＜0.05),and no adverse events occurred.Conclusion:On the basis of routine nursing,combined with Huolong pot therapy can improve the clinical symptoms of CSA patients more effectively,and the mechanism of action may be related to reducing the levels of TAX2and ET in serum.关键词
